Working Together
Sessions are one hour, held one to one by appointment. We move at the pace your nervous system allows. You will never be rushed, never be pushed, and never be asked to override your body.
Why a Minimum of Three
Every option begins with at least three sessions. There are ethical and practical reasons for this, given the nature of the process. This work opens material that deserves time to settle, and a single session cannot hold it responsibly.
Session Options
Your 1:1 appointments will be available via telephone, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
I require your first appointment to be a video session.
Three Sessions
One hour every two to four weeks, over a period of two to three months.
Six Sessions
One hour every two to four weeks, over a period of three to six months.
Ten Sessions
One hour every two to four weeks, over a period of five to ten months.
Booking and Payment
Full payment below for your chosen session option is required prior to scheduling.
Life happens, and I understand that. If you need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours ahead and we will find another time that works. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, are counted as used, though if something genuinely unavoidable comes up, reach out and we will sort it out together.
Your sessions remain available to you for 12 months from the date of purchase, so there is no pressure to move faster than feels right.
